A big hello and hug to all our Namaste family and friends! It has been inspiring for us to see our clientele find us in our new location at Collaroy and visit for some tea, a chat, and a heaing session or meditation. Thank you, and blessings!
This newsletter is to advise you of the classes that will be starting in the next few weeks. If any 'float your boat', please book early, as places are limited.
Also, some 'housekeeping' information follows!
Namaste is now open from:
10.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
Outside those times, we are open happily by appointment, as our practitioners all live locally.
Over this weekend, we will be open as follows:
- Mon the 25th, 11am to 3pm;
- Australia Day, closed;
- Wed the 27th .... open as usual

Welcome to our new Namaste! This newsletter is to familiarise our Namaste friends with our new details. Please feel free to visit us whenever it is in your flow!
- Our new address is 57 Cumberland Avenue, Collaroy. This is just off Pittwater Rd at the Dee Why end of Collaroy, and also just off South Creek Road
- Phone number is 9984 7007
- We have converted half our house into Namaste’s Nurturing Centre and shop, with healings, readings, meditation, massage and a wonderful array of courses and classes for you to choose from! More about that below!
- Our beautiful healers and readers are all still available at our new location, and ready to see you. We have Saimone, Albie, Jo, Terri, Jeanette and Alana, who are all experienced and professional
- Our opening hours at present are 10.30am to 3.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Thursdays are 10.30am to late (appointments would be easier for later afternoon and evening sessions. We are also readily available outside these hours, by appointment
- There is plenty of parking, as we are on a corner
- We still have access to all EFTPOS requirements and accept all cards for payment
COURSES AND CLASSES
THE ART OF TRANSFORMATION
Course will be held on Sunday the 6th of December. If interested, please book quickly, as there are limited places available.
This course will be run by our healers Albie and Alana
VENUE: Namaste, 57 Cumberland Avenue Collaroy 2097
TIME: 12 to 3.30pm
- This is a short course about the healing path and how to direct the natural flows of the universe, in order to help work towards healing loved ones, clients and yourself. (Many customers have been waiting for this one!!!!)
- Cost is $85 per person and limited to around 10 people
- Feel free to bring your lunch as there will be a break
- If it is in your flow, please bring any crystals that you would like to work with on the day. Otherwise, you are invited to work with the many we have here
- All courses and classes can be booked and paid for over the phone. Please book as early as you can to avoid disappointment as places are limited!
WEEKLY INTUITIVE DEVELOPMENT CLASS
This course has been designed to assist you to tap into your own intuitive guidance system, helping you to find your soul’s purpose in a fun and relaxed environment
WHEN: Open every Thursday night from 7.30 pm to 8.30pm
Begins on Thursday the 26th of November
Cost: $25 per class
This course is suited to those who would:
- Wish to meet like-minded people
- Wish to explore their life’s purpose
- Wish to discuss spiritual concerns
- Wish to receive intuitively guided messages ... and more!!!
Feel free to join in as many as you wish!
Limited to 10 per class, so please book in early!
Terri’s children’s crystal class is on at present and her next one planned for January, is booking quickly.

MEDITATION SESSION
Our regular meditation sessions will continue running.
WHEN: Tuesday evening from 6.30pm
WHERE: Namaste, Collaroy
COST: $15 per week
These are run by Jeanette, our experienced healer and Qi Gong master, practitioner and teacher.
All are welcome. No need to book. Just come along!

PENDULUM WORKSHOP
WHEN: Wed, 2nd December
This course will include:
- The history of the pendulum
- Selecting or making a pendulum
- Programming the pendulum
- Testing for health, lost items, career, etc
- Lots of fun!
AND SO MUCH MORE!
Bookings are essential.
Cost: $60 per person. Includes a workbook
Pendulums will be available for purchase on the day (as well as beforehand)
ONE TRIBE DREAM CATCHER WORKSHOP
‘one feather, one part, one family, one heart’
WHEN: Tuesday, 8th December & Tuesday, 15th December
TIME: 4pm to 6pm both days
MAX: 14 participants, so please book early
WHO: 8 - 12 yr olds who would like to explore energy & creativity
THE COURSE WILL COVER:
- An introduction to meditation
- Feeling a connection to the group
- Celebrating the meaning of tribe by creating a beautiful dream catcher and exploring tribal rituals
COST: $77 per child (can be paid at Namaste, or over the phone with card)
WHAT TO BRING:
- A ball of wool
- 6 feathers
- 8 beads (or anything that can be threaded, eg. shells)
- We would encourage children to bring things that they have discovered and collected themselves

We have a more ambient and serene environment in Collaroy, and have many courses and classes that we will be offering SOON. Please keep in touch, and look forward to the website changes that will be happening over the next few weeks. Our newsletters will be coming quite often now, so you can keep abreast of the excitement.
