Do we do psychic readings & predictive fortune telling?
Predictive fortune telling has been a form of guidance for many years, and there has been much learning, increase in knowledge and spiritual understanding in the recent years. New ways of guidance are being used which are better suited to our newly empowered awareness in preparation for the new reality of humanity. Our readers at Namaste are able to tune into your energy & receive messages from your spirit guides and your higher self. This information is current and able to empower you in working co-creatively with your angels and guides in actualizing your personal growth and the fulfillment of your dreams. Readers at Namaste use many different divination methods, including oracle & tarot card decks which are more suited to the energy of the NOW as opposed to the Fortune Telling, which we believe carries the energy of the past. Who are your artworks created by?
We carry beautiful spiritual artworks by artists Kathryn Reid, Peita Campbell, Jelena Mrkich & Frances Verbeek. Come in to the centre to view these gorgeous creations, and you might be lucky enough to meet one of the artists as they are all often here! Mediums range from collages to oil paint to digital art.

I want to start meditating, what do you recommend?
When you first start meditating, a lot of questions bubble up, like 'Am I doing this right?', 'What do these colours mean?' etc. So it is best to either start off with a meditation teacher, or use a guided meditation CD. We have a large range of meditation CDs, from short simple 10 minute visualisations to 1 hour archangel meditations. We also offer guided meditation every lunchtime, or on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm if you can't make the day time. Please click here for more information our meditation classes.
Which crystal do I need for protection/healing?
One of the crystals used for protection is Black Tourmaline. Pair this up with a Clear Quartz which magnifies the energies of other crystals, and you will have a shield of energy around you. For healing, there are many types of crystals for different types of healing, but Amethyst is the most common healing stone as this brings peace and relaxation. Rose Quartz is another good healing stone, as this is the Love crystal, and love conquers All :) Above all, it is good to notice what you are drawn to when looking for a crystal for a specific purpose, as you will be guided to the right one through what you are attracted to.
Why do I feel so good when I'm in your nurturing centre?
We have worked on the energy of nurturing centre from Day 1 of opening. With constant healing sessions going on in the healing rooms, and daily intentions set, we create a loving gentle nurturing atmosphere. Our healers are all open hearted & willing to help with what you need. We cleanse the centre every morning with a smudging stick which releases all energies from the previous day. We invite gentle loving energies into the centre, with an intention of sending love to everyone that enters Namaste.
