MEDITATION SESSION
Our regular meditation sessions will continue running.
WHEN: Tuesday evening from 6.30pm
WHERE: Namaste, Collaroy
COST: $15 per week
These are run by Jeanette, our experienced healer and Qi Gong master, practitioner and teacher.
All are welcome. No need to book. Just come along!

NAMASTE CHILDREN
Give your child the opportunity to slow down, connect with, and explore their beautiful spirit!
Namaste Children's Classes are designed to do just that in a fun and nurturing way. Children will learn:
* how to quieten the mind through meditation and
breath work
* the basics of crystals and how to use them
We will get creative with:
* Mandalas
* Bush Art
* Drumming
* Song and Dance
We will even make our very own relaxation spray and much more!
Classes will be tailored to suit both ages and interests of the group.
There will be classes for:
K-2 (infants) and 3-6 (primary) groups
Class materials will beprovided.
So for something a little out of the ordinary, join our Namaste Children's Classes. We are looking forward to an amazing time with your beautiful angels!
Classes start weekly:
- 4 - 5pm Wednesday 3rd Feb - Wed 31st March for infants and
- 4 - 5pm Tuesdays 2nd Feb - Tues 30th March for primary
Cost $190 per child for a 9 week course
